My work sits at the intersection of SAP S/4HANA depth, business process management and the leadership of large manufacturing programs. That combination is what makes transformations executable: a technically sound target design is worth little if the process organisation cannot carry it.
In more than 15 years in IT and process management I have led design and build phases of global S/4HANA programs, built corporate BPM organisations and global process ownership models, and steered programs with hundreds of experts, multiple system integrators and board-level attention.
I work with executive teams in international manufacturing — as an advisor, as a program leader, or in interim leadership roles when a transformation needs ownership now.
